The Process

• Contact us through call or text, (585)-615-9577, social media messaging, or our online request form; Limited weekday evening and Saturday morning appointments are available.

• We will meet with you to discuss your vision and brainstorm ideas for your new home project or business construction.

• You will be presented with a drawing (demonstrating the appearance and specifications for your project) and estimate* for you to review.

• When you approve the design and cost estimate, a contract** will be signed.

• A deposit payment is required at contract signing to get on the schedule. (Payment will be discussed with you during your initial meeting.)

• All necessary permits will be applied for immediately.

• Once construction begins, we will visit the job site and communicate with you regularly through email, text and phone to ensure that the work meets our exceptionally high standard for quality workmanship.

• During the construction process our project manager will be available for questions during regular operating hours.

• Once work is completed, the manager communicates with you to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the job.

• Client satisfaction is our ultimate goal.

*estimate- An estimated cost breakdown of your project, i.e Materials, Labor

**contract- This is an official, legal agreement to the estimated cost and plan for your project.
